What AxisIQ AI does

• Build from a prompt — describe the job in plain words and get a working agent, then adjust it with choices.
• Guardrails on the server — blocked words, personal-data redaction and a maximum number of turns are checked on every reply.
• Its own permissions — each agent acts as its own identity, limited to the records, knowledge and tools you bind to it; sensitive actions ask the person first.
• Answers where people are — publish to a website widget, WhatsApp and other messaging, a standard chat-completions API, or inside the app, with hand-offs to a person.
• Evals before publishing — test an agent with simulated actions; only the published version answers the public.
• Effort tiers or your own key — pick fast, balanced or deep, or bring your own API key from a supported provider.
• Knowledge Base — documents, records and notes searchable by meaning, with cited answers, permission checks at query time and review reminders.

AI is part of AxisIQ. Your workspace, its people and their permissions are the same ones you use everywhere else in AxisIQ, and one AxisIQ subscription covers it (pricing).
